How To Place an Order?

Customers can send their inquiries via email where a Manual Tax Invoice will be sent to customer's email address thereafter for confirmed orders.

Product Purchase

Products sold are non-refundable and exchangeable (including delivery and handling fees).

Payment Option

We accept Major Credit Cards, Wise Payment and Paynow Options for our customers. All International Orders will be quoted in SG Dollars.

Shipping & Handling

We provide various shipping charges from different carriers for our customer's consideration before each item is shipped. For International Orders, please contact us for shipping fees before making the purchase and payment.

Can I return a product found to be defective?

We have a 3-working day money back guarantee for any defective product (with the exception of clearance items). Customers can return a product within the stipulated period if found to be defective with a refund, or a direct replacement. Exchange for another product of equal value is possible. Please send email to gemma@arcdisplays.com for any defect request.
